Paying at the Door: For presentations, you can pay at the door (which costs a bit more) but note that since seating is limited, it is always possible that the presentation will have already sold out.

REFUND POLICY: A refund for a presentation will be made in the full amount minus any incurred transaction fees (i.e. if paying with a credit card that charges non-refundable fees) up to two (2) weeks before the presentation, after which no refunds will be made.
To receive a refund, send an email to: cheller@biculturalfamily.org. You will receive a "refund confirmation email" once the refund has been processed. It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive a refund confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation refund email after two days of having sent your request, then you should assume that your refund request was not received and not processed and you should resubmit your refund request.
Payments made for a presentation within two (2) weeks of the presentation date will not be refunded.
Payments made at the door at the time of the presentation will not be refunded.
